"A Saint Louis native. My work is inspired by Nature… From using found nature as the textures in my pottery. To hand sculpting each critter in my work. Each piece, is one of a kind and completely handmade. With each idea of a new critter. I l to dive into each subject, by educating myself and seeing lots of images and anatomy…which inspires an overall heightened observation of nature. Which is where my photography comes in. I love to spend time, just watching and trying new ways to see and capture nature up close and personal. In my practice of developing my work, I try to think outside box…on repurposing glazes, clay and some of my equipment. Thank you for taking the time to enjoy my work and nature in a different form ".
